Create business requirement documentation for programmers to use in design and build of required code changes for Journal Entry Tracking System (JETS). Act as liaison between business partners and programmers.

Responsible for coding small enhancements within AEFA advisor compensation system including testing code changes in unit and system testing. Predominantly batch assignments. Heavy JCL usage.

Experienced also with working on TRIUMPH Disputes platform which also included coding small enhancements using METHOD/1 procedures. METHOD/1 preparation experience is from the Design stage on. Predominantly online assignments from design to testing. On call support provided as well.

Responsible for timely and accurate preparation of reconciliation including analysis between subledger and general ledger systems. Accounting principles and practices were applied for validation of advertising expense account usage. Ability to manage workflow with little direction or supervision on project assignments. Responsible for timely communication of issues to Sr. Management. Relied upon for technical expertise in both computers and marketing. Responsible for special projects requiring computer expertise. Previous two positions at AMEX involved analytical experience in automated accounting environment and involved analysis of current activities for process improvement. Statistical financial and report analyses were needed to establish managers having difficulties as well as possible fraud. Good customer service skills used in coaching and training Marketing managers on reconciling and maintaining their budgets.
