The 28 acres is located in subdivision II Lot 59 and currently has a 10'x16' wooden shed and well drilled on the Northwest corner of the property.  No pump has been installed, but water is present.  Power lines run the entire length of the West side of property.  Telephone service exists in the subdivision and just requires the phone company to run lines to the lot.  Roads are maintained by the Wildhorse Subdivision Land Association.  An insurance sanctioned firehouse exists 5 miles from the property.
